Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to size, color, or another eligible reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
